About Chris Stewart
Founder, The Good Network
Husband. Father. Community Builder.
I’m Chris Stewart — though many around Boise still know me as Lucky the DJ. For years, I was an on-air personality and Program Director/Brand Manager for major radio stations across the country, including Boise, Peoria (IL), Bozeman (MT), and Portland (OR). But more than spinning records, I was building platforms — platforms for connection, awareness, and impact.
One of the most defining chapters of my life was leading Live for 175, a child abuse awareness campaign that invited our community to “Cycle to Break the Cycle.” I ran 125 miles in a week, stayed awake for seven days, and watched thousands of people come together to say: It shouldn't hurt to be a child.
Even after my time in radio, I didn’t stop. I launched grassroots campaigns for child abuse and domestic violence awareness on my own — often combining physical endurance, powerful storytelling, and community engagement to elevate the voices that too often go unheard.
Today, I’m a husband, a proud father of two beautiful kids, and the founder of The Good Network — a nonprofit digital platform that turns everyday screens in local businesses into lifelines for community stories, urgent needs, and causes that matter.
The Good Network is my life’s work.
Every experience I’ve had in media, advocacy, and organizing has led me here. Because when people feel seen, they feel supported — and that changes everything.
“The right message at the right moment can be a turning point. Let's make sure people see it.”
