Heal the Healer: Supporting Trinity’s Cancer Treatment Journey
For years, Trinity Cook has been a source of healing for others.
Through Trinity Energy Healing, she has helped people navigate trauma, grief, illness, and emotional pain — offering not just sessions and classes, but true safe space. She is also the creator of the Trinity Technique, a healing modality she’s developed through years of hands-on work, spiritual study, and service to others. Her life’s work has been rooted in compassion, integrity, and showing up when people need support most.
Now, Trinity is the one who needs healing.
In April of 2025, Trinity was diagnosed with Stage 3, Grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer (HER2 positive), a fast-growing and aggressive form of the disease. Just months later, she suffered unimaginable loss — her three-year-old granddaughter and her mother passed away within a week of each other.
Despite this heartbreak, Trinity continued to fight for her health. Without insurance, she chose an integrative path, focusing on nutrition, holistic therapies, emotional healing, and spiritual support. Early on, her doctors saw promising signs — the tumors were shrinking, and her body was responding.
But the weight of grief and trauma took its toll.
At her most recent checkup, doctors found new growth in both the primary tumor and lymph nodes. While her overall health remains strong — something her medical team attributes to her disciplined holistic care — they now believe she must move into a more aggressive and time-sensitive phase of treatment.
That care comes with overwhelming costs.
Trinity is currently exploring intensive integrative cancer treatment programs in Tijuana, Mexico, including immunotherapy and hospital-based options. Her oncologist has also recommended adding Herceptin, a drug that targets HER2 receptors — an important but extremely expensive part of treatment.
The fundraising goal of $40,000 reflects the reality of accessing these life-saving options without insurance. Funds raised will help cover:
• Intensive treatment programs
• Immunotherapy and medical care
• Travel, lodging, and recovery needs
• Mental health and emotional support therapies
• Medication, including Herceptin
This fundraiser is called Heal the Healer because Trinity has spent her life holding space for others. Now, the community she’s served is being asked to hold space for her.
Asking for help doesn’t come easily to someone who has always been the giver — but healing also means allowing yourself to be supported.
If you feel called to help, whether by donating or sharing her story, please know your support truly matters. Every act of kindness helps bring Trinity closer to the care she urgently needs.
