What Is B.A.C.A.?

Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.) is a nonprofit founded in 1995 with one mission:

To empower abused children to not feel afraid of the world they live in.

Across the globe, B.A.C.A. members support children impacted by abuse through a unique presence: a leather-clad, throttle-twisting wall of protection and love. They accompany kids to court, show up when fear strikes, and help them feel like superheroes — not victims.

Each year, local chapters host private summer and winter parties for these children and their siblings — safe, joyful spaces where they can just be kids again. And events like The Bug Run help make it all happen.

What’s The Bug Run?

It’s part ride, part contest, all heart.

  • 🛵 Buy a Target: Riders purchase bug targets and slap them on their bikes.

  • 🐞 Hit the Road: Riders explore the area, aiming to get as many bug splats on their target as possible.

  • 🏁 Return & Count: Come back to the Roadhouse, where targets are judged. Prizes are awarded for most bugs and closest to the bullseye! We will start counting bugs at 8:00 PM

  • Music and Facepainting at 7:30

But the fun doesn’t stop there...

This Year’s After-Party is NEXT LEVEL

The Bug Run wraps up around the same time as a NASCAR event at the Roadhouse racetrack, and both crowds will join forces for a massive evening bash!

Why It Matters

Every dollar raised fuels B.A.C.A.'s efforts — from direct child support to private parties that give children their childhood back. When you ride, donate, or even just show up, you’re helping abused kids feel safer, stronger, and less alone.
